Job Title: Organization & Jobs Analysis Specialist.

Location: P & C Head Office Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Core Purpose of the Job:

- Review the organisational structure of the company and all
operating business units and ensure that they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and operational needs.
- Review all job descriptions and ensure that the corresponding job
data required to support the operational needs of the business unit are captured and documented.
- Review business processes, as and when required, as part of the
job analysis process.
- Manage, plan, coordinate activities and direct the Job Evaluation
process across the organization.
- Monitor and manage the effective implementation of policies and
procedures with regards to.
- Organizational Structures and Job Analysis.
- Job Description creation.
- Job Evaluation.

Qualifications: Essential (i.e., must posses): Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

Relevant Experience: Essential (i.e., must posses): Should have worked as an Organization/ Job Analyst/ Specialist or related function in a large multi-national company for at least 4 years within the Middle East.
